Jeff Bogdan is an experienced attorney dedicated to helping individuals, families, and business owners plan for the future with confidence. With a focus on estate planning, business law, and tax, Jeff provides thoughtful, personalized legal guidance to clients at every stage of life and business.  

Jeff began his legal career as a staff attorney for the Supreme Court of South Carolina, where he gained valuable insight into appellate review, judicial decision-making, and the broader workings of the legal system. He then went on to practice litigation, representing clients in complex civil matters including business and commercial disputes. This combination of appellate and trial experience sharpened his analytical skills and gave him a comprehensive understanding of how legal disputes unfold—insight he now uses to help clients plan proactively and avoid unnecessary conflict.

Today, Jeff’s practice centers on helping clients build secure, strategic plans for the future. Whether drafting wills and trusts, guiding families through probate, or advising entrepreneurs on business formation and governance, he brings clarity and compassion to complex legal matters. His work is rooted in the belief that every client deserves a plan tailored to their unique goals, values, and concerns.  Jeff is also a certified Circuit Court Mediator, using his unique blend of transactional and litigation skills to help parties resolve disputes before going to trial.  

Jeff earned his LL.M. (Masters in Law) in Taxation (With Distinction, Dean's list) from Georgetown University Law Center, enhancing his ability to navigate the financial and tax complexities that often accompany estate and business planning. He received his J.D. from the Charleston School of Law (cum laude) in 2007 and his B.S. in Business Administration from the College of Charleston in 2003. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar.

Outside the office, Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. He coaches his boys’ soccer teams and loves fishing, being outdoors, and staying active with his family.
